Letterwork website modernisation
We modernised the Letterwork website and linked the logos visitors liked to their enquiries, so the team could see each prospective client’s visual references from the start.

Favourite work helps start an order
Letterwork already existed when we joined the website modernisation. We needed to connect catalogue browsing with the enquiry, so visitors could save logos that appealed to them and send these visual references to the studio with their request.
Narrow down the choice step by step
Filters and similar work help visitors move from a general impression to a particular character for the mark. We connected these actions to favourites, where people can mark the logos they like and build their own selection as they explore the catalogue.
Send the selection with the enquiry
The chosen logos became part of the enquiry received by the Letterwork team. Staff can immediately see which work appealed to the visitor and begin discussing a future mark using concrete examples that reflect their expectations.

Preserve the character of the existing site
We integrated the changes into Letterwork’s visual style and familiar way of presenting work. The modernisation joined the catalogue, selection and enquiry into one route, where exploring the portfolio helps visitors prepare a meaningful request for a new logo.
