How it grew
Before
The company worked across three countries while the site existed in one language and one currency. Enquiries from abroad had to be sorted by hand, with half the details asked again.
After
Three language versions with a shared structure and separate content. Projects and services are run by the company itself, without a contractor for every edit.
Next
A new language arrives as a content file: the markup and the routes are ready for it, and a translation needs no changes in the code.
What we solved with languages
Translating interface strings is not enough: a construction company has its own units, its own paperwork requirements and its own order of works in each country. So every language version got its own content, with its own projects and services.
