How it works
A person opens the catalogue of scenarios, picks a ready one and uploads a photo. Then a queue, generation and a finished clip in the chat. Payment happens inside Telegram and the bill is clear before the tap, so the decision is made once and up front.
A catalogue of scenarios instead of an empty prompt
An empty prompt cut off everyone who cannot write prompts. The catalogue brought those people back.
What we solved along the way
Queue
Generation takes minutes and a messenger cannot wait. Jobs went into a queue, the clip arrives as a message, and the app can be closed meanwhile.
Money
The cost of a frame drifts with the scenario. We tied the price to the scenario itself, so the bill is visible in advance and does not move after generation.
Load
Peaks arrive in waves after mailouts. Capacity is added for the peak and removed after it, otherwise idle time eats the whole economics.
