What mattered
The core of the teaching is live: groups of up to six people in south-west Moscow. Online joins as an addition, so the account has to hold both formats without separate sections. A student sees one timetable, and where the lesson happens is written inside the lesson.
Three decisions
Sign-in
The school needs no passwords of its own: Yandex ID removes both password recovery and the storage of other people's credentials.
Level
A conversation about level ate a teacher's time on every enquiry. Tests closed that step before the first contact, separately for adults and for children.
Payment
Payments are tied to the whole pass. Moving a lesson after that breaks no bookkeeping and needs no manual recalculation.
